I also do translation work and you can hire me to get a tax id ( codice fiscale ) which is the first and most important thing you will need to open a bank account or sign a deed .

I can also take care about opening a bank account for you while you are still in your home country . Prior to appointment I am also available to be your personal translator during your house hunt . This service includes translation of documents as well as simultaneous translating while you are meeting an Italian house owner or agent who doesn´t speak English .I can help you to negotiate the price and can be present at the title deed , so you will know 100 % what you sign .

After you bought a property I can be hired to get all paper work done for you as well as getting your property connected to utilities or bringing a telephone landline and fast Internet to your house . I am also experienced in searching reliable staff for you , whether you need a chaffeur , a private plane , helicopter or a yacht , a good building team , creative architect or internal designer , cleaning staff or cook - I have the connections and can safe you time , stress and money .

On request I will also assist you on extensive shopping tours or be your guide for sightseeing . I am a good and experienced driver used to driving in heavy Italian traffic . After having lived and worked on the Italian Riviera for over 20 years , I know every part of it , even the whole hinterland .

Last but not least , I can organize fancy events for you , whether you are planning to get married in one of the beautiful Riviera towns or if you have a big family celebration .
