The restaurant in Via XX Settembre has an upstairs room full of all kinds of precious objects, such as the golden chairs used by the Pope in Genoa.

The “Zefferinos” - as the staff are affectionately called - have won international fame and recognition. It is not by chance that Zefferino Belloni has been awarded a number of much sought-after national and international awards.

It would be impossible to mention all of the famous names who have tasted Zeffirino’s specialities during the past 50 years, but here are a few of them: Jean Gabin, Burt Lancaster, Liza Minelli, Charles Aznavour, Roger Moore, Frank Sinatra and Luciano Pavarotti. With an elegant dining room that seats 200, the restaurant is suitable for sumptuous banquets and receptions.

Zeffirino’s is open every day from midday to midnight, all year round.

Every year shortly before Easter the Italian Riviera gets really crowded , I would almost say , even more crowded as in august ( if that is at all possible ) .
